Love all those songs, especially since I'm a big Smiths fan, but i keep asking myself why, oh why did they have to put a Carla Bruni song in this beautiful film?! Is it because she's France's first lady? Was is her record label who promised to help finance the film if they included a song of hers so she could break the American market? Not sure I want to know. As for She&Him, brilliant duet including Zooey Deschanel herself, I was a bit disappointed by their Smiths cover. I agree with film_fan_300 below me. It is boring. Film_fan, I hope you're now watched this film, as it is a gem! Oh and before I forget, get the Temper Trap album, it is beautiful!!
